Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return most items back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Returns may be subject to a 33% restocking fee.

STEP 1: REQUEST RMA NUMBER
- Enter your order number and email address below
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Submit your request.
- After request is submitted, you will receive an email within 48 hours either approving or denying your return request with additional instructions.
STEP 2: PACK THE ITEMS
- If request is approved, place your item in the original packaging and secure for safe shipping
- Add a copy of the RMA paperwork to your shipment to ensure it does not get lost.
- The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
STEP 3: SHIP THE ITEMS
- You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s) to us.
- Any damage or shipping stickers applied to the original packaging during shipping will affect the return and can result in higher restocking charges or loss of credit.
