Freight costs are for commercial deliveries only. Forklift and loading dock must be made available. For non-commercial deliveries please call to check pricing. All deliveries must be inspected within three business days and before the material reaches its final destination. If any claim is made after the third business day, Elon may not be able to recompensate for any breakage on your shipment. If a pallet is delivered damaged please do not accept the delivery unless it is absolutely necessary. If you accept delivery of a damaged pallet, please make sure to note that the delivery will be under inspection when signing for the material.
