Submit a Claim

At Elon Tile & Stone, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality tile and stone products. However, we understand that occasionally materials may be damaged, missing, or incorrectly shipped.

Should you encounter any issues with your order, please follow these steps to file a claim:

  • Fill out and submit the form below within 5 business days of delivery
  • Provide detailed information about the problem, including:
    • Item numbers and/or description of material
    • Quantities
    • Thorough description of the issue
  • Upload a minimum of 7 and up to 10 photos documenting the damaged, missing, or incorrect materials, as well as the packaging the items were received in, within 5 business days of delivery
