Porcelain is extremely durable with low porosity and low maintenance. Clean with a mild detergent or pH-neutral cleaner diluted in water. Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners. Test cleaners in a small area first. Elon recommends using an impregnating or penetrating sealer on all Porcelain Tiles before for easier installation cleanup & after grouting as general maintenance to protect the grout. Follow these instructions to keep your porcelain tiles looking their best.

For all cleaners and sealers always do a test area first and follow manufactures instructions and limitations.

Cleaning: Use a Neutral PH cleaner, when used regularly it will prevent soap scum buildup and hard water deposits. Many concentrated stone and tile cleaners, are good for natural stone (such as granite, limestone, marble, slate, and travertine), ceramic, porcelain, grout, quarry, Saltillo, terra-cotta, cement pavers, masonry surfaces. Products like

Sealing: Seal grout joints with a grout sealer or impregnating / penetrating sealer, be sure to remove all sealer residue from surface of tile to prevent product hazing. Products like
